What’s your go to Internet browser?

  • by

This weekend after trialing quite a few of them around the place and over many years, I have decided to stick to safari on my mac, as I find it great for streaming at night when the screen switches off and I’m dozing off to sleep.

A web browser is a type of software that allows you to find and view websites on the Internet. Even if you didn’t know it, you’re using a web browser right now to read this page! There are many different web browsers, but some of the most common ones include Google Chrome, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.

No matter which web browser you use, you’ll want to learn the basics of browsing the Web.

Anyway, this is my finding ever since I have gotten back on to a Mac. I’ve tried Chrome a number of times, the official and beta versions does the same. Every time the Mac screen dozes off to sleep, the ‘streaming’ would also stop, have had to wake it up to carry on streaming.

Safari on the other hand, seems to stream while the Mac screen dims to sleep. Go figure. This is weird weekend findings number one. Do you have any other weird findings you can share with me?
