Office 365, app password

I have seen a number of posts of companies having a problem with enabling App Passwords for their organisation as they would like to access our emails from outside. They have enabled 2 factor authentication and still app password is not there.

This is the definitive way of getting this done.

You’d need to login here first as an admin. And you’d need to click on enable, and enforce on each of the users.

After this you should be able to go to my sign ins and enable that there.
